• Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx at a cost of $12.95. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: via EMS for all orders over $50. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

Return Process:

2. We will email you a return authorization form and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds:
