We are thrilled to ship our products globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS):
    • Available on all orders over $50.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all our little customers and their families, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once they have been opened or used:

  • Baby Toiletries (opened items)
  • Baby Wipes & Warmers (opened packages)
  • Bath & Potty items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clean Baby products (opened cleaning solutions)
  • Any product that has been used or is not in its original condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and product details.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a return authorization form and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Enclose the completed return form.
  4. Ship It Back: Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

For exchanges, we will process the replacement item once we receive the returned product. Standard shipping rates will apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
