Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Baby Toiletries (opened items)
  • Baby Wipes & Warmers (opened packages)
  • Bath & Potty items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clean Baby products (opened cleaning solutions)
  • Any product that has been used or is not in its original condition

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
  3. Our team will email you a return authorization form and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories
  5. Include the completed return authorization form in your package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

For exchanges, we will process the replacement item once we receive the returned product. Shipping for exchanged items will be charged at standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error.
